CEFAe 2015 UFO Case Resolutions Report

Summary

The Aerospace Phenomena Study Commission (CEFAe) published a detailed 2015 report on sightings of unidentified flying objects. This document compiles testimonies and photographic and video evidence received between November 2014 and November 2015. The methodology used includes technical, astronomical analysis and collaboration with experts to determine whether the observed objects have a known explanation.

The results show that most cases are explained as identifiable objects (OVIs), such as stars, satellites or aerial lights. Although there is no evidence of extraterrestrial phenomena, the cases are valuable for understanding how common objects can be misinterpreted. The photos and videos, although resolved as OVIs, are useful for education and international UFO comparison. The report also sets criteria for transparency and scientific validation of discrepancies.
