Summary

Two witnesses observed a luminous circular phenomenon over several consecutive nights in a clear sky. Some observations were made using a magnifying glass, which added effects like apparent movement and color changes. After investigation, it was found that from February 17, 1975, a conjunction between Jupiter and Venus could be observed. Over time, these celestial bodies gradually moved apart. The combination of this astronomical alignment and the optical tool used by the witnesses created the illusion of the observed phenomenon. Ultimately, it was concluded that this was a simple astronomical misinterpretation, and the case was classified as A.
