Summary

On the night of January 27, 1977, two drivers in Saône-et-Loire observed a slow-moving luminous phenomenon. A ball the size of a football emitted a very bright white light and moved silently, oscillating on its axis. Despite the clear description, the main witness could not specify the distance or speed of the object. Later, they observed a second luminous point, but no further testimonies were collected.

The phenomenon completely disappeared around 9:45 PM, and the witness left the area. Due to the lack of additional information and imprecise data, the case was classified as C by the GEIPAN. Although the description is detailed, the absence of other witnesses or physical evidence makes any conclusive analysis difficult.
