Luminous cloud and elongated shape in Ariège

On April 2, 1977, between 7:15 and 7:30 PM, several people in a vehicle noticed a luminous cloud that caught their attention. Later, they observed an elongated light slowly detaching from the cloud along a straight trajectory. The witnesses did not hear any unusual noise and stopped on the roadside to watch the phenomenon.
