Luminous Balls in Corrèze in 1977

Summary

On May 11, 1977, around 11:20 PM, a witness observed two large luminous spheres hovering about 50 meters above the ground, to the east of his house in Corrèze, France. These emitted such intense light that they brightly illuminated the ground. A minute later, just before the phenomenon disappeared completely, the witness heard a sound similar to helicopter blades and saw a very bright yellow light illuminating the area. Despite this description, no other witnesses or additional information were collected regarding the event. This case, classified as "C" by the GEIPAN, remains unexplained.
