Multicolored UFOs sighted in Châteaurenard

Summary

On May 13, 1977, several witnesses in Châteaurenard (Loiret) observed luminous points moving at a great distance. These objects changed colors and remained visible for over 50 minutes before suddenly disappearing at 10:20 PM. Despite multiple witnesses, the exact distance could not be accurately estimated due to their apparent remoteness. The phenomenon was clearly observed but no precise measurements could be obtained.

The duration of the event and the coordinated movements suggest a non-natural origin. The GEIPAN classification C indicates that the case has no conventional explanation. This case remains a mystery within the French UFO investigation database.
