Summary

On June 30, 1979, several motorists in Salon de Provence observed a light in the sky that was initially stationary but soon began moving toward them. The object had a red and green light blinking alternately and produced a breathing-like sound as it passed over the witnesses. One of the most striking moments was when a triangular shape was spotted before the object quickly moved south. Although the testimony includes details such as noise, geometry, and light colors, investigators concluded it was likely an airplane. This case, classified as B by the GEIPAN, is not considered unexplained.
