Arc-sur-Tille 1979, blue crescent near the ground

Summary

In December 1979, two witnesses in Côte-d'Or saw a blue and white crescent-shaped object hovering just a few meters above the ground near a forest, about two hundred meters away. It swayed without emitting sound or light for roughly a minute and a half before vanishing at high speed toward the north. Neither the witnesses nor the gendarmes found any traces at the site.
