On December 3, 1979, around 4:50 PM, two witnesses observed a triangular object trailing two red smoke plumes. It briefly hovered over a radio tower before continuing on its path until it disappeared from sight. The red smoke remained visible throughout the sighting. At the same time, a third witness spotted a very bright point in the sky, though no connection could be established between the two observations. The investigation found no conventional explanation for the phenomenon.
