Valentigney, brooch-shaped luminous object

Summary

Between 20:30 and 21:40 on 29 February 1980, two witnesses in Doubs repeatedly observed a high-altitude object made up of multiple spheres. They likened its appearance to a brooch: oval in shape, bluish and pinkish in colour, with a brighter, flashing light on the right side. No sound was heard. While moving, the structure transformed into a luminous bar that vanished abruptly. The lack of additional data prevented any definitive classification of the case.
