Summary

In December 1978, three people in Bayonne watched a luminous object moving erratically across the sky for twenty to thirty minutes. The testimony, collected belatedly in 2016, describes seemingly random direction changes. Only one witness provided details, and all three left the terrace while the object was still visible.
