Fluorescent green object following a vehicle in Donzère, 1980

Summary

On 3 December 1980 a driver in Drôme encountered a large, fluorescent-green circular object hovering about ten metres above the road. It silently approached his vehicle and followed it for roughly one kilometre before disappearing at high speed. The incident lasted three to four minutes. Another witness mentioned seeing a blue light that night but provided no further details. Despite investigation efforts, the phenomenon remains unexplained.
