Slow orange oval over Beauvois-en-Cambrésis

Summary

On 12 April 1982 several witnesses in Beauvois-en-Cambrésis watched for about ten minutes an oval, orange object moving at high altitude and very low speed. It showed no change in shape, colour or acceleration. It travelled silently and left no trail before vanishing abruptly. GEIPAN classified the case as C, unable to rule out an unexplained phenomenon.
