Summary

In the early hours of 4 September 1982, several witnesses in Saint-Benoît, La Réunion, saw a silent triangular luminous mass hovering over a factory. It displayed red and golden lights of fluctuating intensity, drifted slowly, and then moved away toward the sea. Despite consistent descriptions from multiple observers, no further data was gathered. GEIPAN classified the case as C, with no conclusive explanation.
