🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
On October 3, 1983, two witnesses in Saint-Chamond saw a circular luminous object moving at high speed from north to south while tracing spirals in the air. After a few seconds it vanished abruptly without a trace. Although the description of its shape and movement was clear, no further details were obtained. GEIPAN classified the case as C, with insufficient evidence for a definitive explanation.
