In December 1987, a man sheltering from rain in the ruins of a house in Moussan claimed he met six individuals who said they came from another planet. According to his account, one drew two symbols on the ground before the group boarded wheelless vehicles resembling sleds, which took off with an ultrasound-like noise. The witness later returned with his daughter and reported finding circular marks where the beings had stood.
The gendarmerie found no physical evidence, and no other witnesses came forward. The account contained inconsistencies: the alleged visitors referred to 'Earth' as though it were a foreign word, and there were contradictions between their described appearance and estimated heights. GEIPAN classified the case as C due to insufficient reliable information.
