Circular object that expanded and vanished in Val-d'Oise

Summary

In April 1988, witnesses in Val-d'Oise observed a bright circular object about the apparent size of a star. It momentarily expanded, returned to its original size, and slowly faded on the horizon. No conventional explanation was found. GEIPAN classified the case as C.
