Bright disc and companion object at Saint-Priest

Summary

In October 1989, a couple in Saint-Priest (Ardèche) observed a bright rotating disc accompanied by a second object that descended and ascended. Other witnesses reportedly confirmed the sighting, but none gave an official statement. Thirty years later, GEIPAN reviewed the case and found inconsistencies in the available information. Without a field investigation or precise data, the contradictions in the descriptions led to a category C classification.
