Bluish sphere crosses a microlight over Côte-d'Or

Summary

On 16 May 1993, two microlight passengers flying over Norges-la-Ville spotted a bluish, self-rotating sphere in the distance. Within seconds it closed the gap at high speed, crossed the aircraft's path and vanished. The sighting lasted fifteen to twenty seconds under ideal visibility. Neither civilian nor military radar recorded any trace, and a joint investigation failed to identify the object. The case remains unexplained.
