Summary

In July 1993 a taxi driver and his passenger saw red luminous dots through the windscreen while driving through Lons-le-Saunier. When they stopped, the dots vanished and a piercing noise moved away southward. Two nearby residents reported a sudden sound that frightened dogs for no apparent reason.
