🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
On August 21, 1993, at about 3:45 p.m., two witnesses saw several colored luminous dots moving extremely slowly across a clear sky. The speed was inconsistent with conventional aircraft, which struck them as odd. One witness suggested paragliders, a hypothesis consistent with the observed behavior and local conditions. GEIPAN classified the case as B, ruling out an unexplained phenomenon after investigation.
