Summary

In March 1994, several witnesses in the Alpes de Haute-Provence saw a bright yellow ball streak rapidly across the sky. Despite its striking brightness and speed, investigators concluded it was an atmospheric entry — most likely a meteor. Neither the trajectory nor the light's behaviour showed characteristics incompatible with a natural phenomenon. No signs of unidentified activity were found.
