Pyramidal shapes and black triangle near Neufchâtel-en-Bray

Summary

In June 1994, a driver in Seine-Maritime first spotted two dark, lightless pyramidal shapes roughly 8 km away, motionless in the sky. He lost sight of them rounding a bend. Further along, he noticed a black triangle flying at the same speed as his car — about 80 km/h. The object suddenly accelerated and vanished with a loud noise and a sharp screech. No other witnesses or physical evidence supported the sighting. GEIPAN classified the case as D — no conventional explanation found.
