Summary

In the early hours of August 8, 1996, four witnesses in Corse-du-Sud observed lights moving in circles at high speed between 2:30 and 3:30 AM. GEIPAN's investigation determined that the lights were likely from a laser projector used during a party in a nearby village. The case was classified as B, with a probable explanation.
