🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
Over three consecutive days in September 1999, residents of two neighbouring houses in Marcilly-sur-Eure (Eure) observed an intense fixed white light in the sky. It appeared around 6:00 a.m. and faded at sunrise; the same phenomenon recurred at nightfall, around 22:15. The light was so powerful it was hard to look at through binoculars and produced no sound. No further information is available, and GEIPAN filed the case without a conclusive classification.
