La Garnache 2000, low-altitude round shape with green flash

Around 23:15 on 4 March 2000, a couple on the outskirts of La Garnache (Vendée) twice observed, ten minutes apart, a yellowish-white round shape moving at roughly 15–20 metres above ground. At the end of each trajectory a small noise was heard along with a green flash. The phenomenon resembled a rotating beacon, but the lack of detailed information prevents a conclusive analysis.
