🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
Around 20:15 on 21 March 2003, multiple observers spread between the Aude and Landes departments — separated by a considerable distance — reported the rapid, silent fall of a green ball. The simultaneous sightings from such distant points support the hypothesis of a high-altitude object, most likely a meteorite or re-entering debris. GEIPAN assigned the case classification B, indicating a plausible natural explanation.
