On the night of June 12, 2007, two people in Monein heard a deafening noise lasting about ten minutes but could not spot anything from their windows. At 12:08 AM the sound returned, and this time one witness glimpsed a grey triangular object with multicolored lights flying very low for roughly five seconds before it disappeared.
