Tetrahedral balloon filmed over Annemasse

Summary

In June 2007, a witness in Annemasse spotted an unusual object in the sky. Upon arriving home, he found it still visible and recorded it on video. The footage clearly showed a tetrahedral balloon of the type used by Météo-France or scientific teams for atmospheric studies. Despite its uncommon shape, the object posed no mystery. GEIPAN classified the case as resolved.
