Red point behind clouds in the early hours of New Year in Strasbourg

Summary

On January 1, 2009, at 0:40, a witness in Strasbourg saw a luminous phenomenon through a window. A red point crossed the clouds, descended in a curve, moved horizontally, and stopped.
