Red lights circling over Les Mureaux

Summary

In February 2009, a witness in Les Mureaux (Yvelines) reported two red lights moving in circles before heading south. GEIPAN classified the case as B, considering a military aircraft patrol in formation the likely explanation. The described movement and colour matched that hypothesis. The same witness reported another sighting in August of the same year.
