🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
On 3 March 2009, four people travelling by car in Lot-et-Garonne saw three flickering lights arranged in a triangle. The object moved slowly and silently before vanishing behind a hill. Only one occupant filed a report, over a month later, which made retrieving radar or flight records difficult. The triangular shape may have been a subjective interpretation of three independent light sources. Lack of detail on trajectory and size prevented any conclusion; GEIPAN classified the case as C due to insufficient data.
