In November 1994, a pilot and his family in Scotland reported the observation of two bright blinking lights moving slowly. The incident occurred 4 miles from the Tay Bridge and was observed both with the naked eye and binoculars. Although the lights appeared to have no defined shape, their slow and erratic movement drew attention. The official report, marked unclassified, found no conventional explanations such as aircraft or drones, and was filed without further action. The case reflects the mysterious nature of many UFO sightings, where data is limited and conventional explanations do not always fit.
