Summary

In 1953 and 1954, the CIA compiled information on alleged theories and experiments related to so-called "flying saucers." An article published by the French Committee for Aeronautical Studies, led by General P. Fay, suggested that supersonic interstellar ships powered by cosmic energy could be possible. The article, written by Lieutenant Plantier, was considered significant by the monthly journal *Forces Aériennes Françaises*, implying that French authorities acknowledged the existence of these objects. Additionally, the article was cited in a Beirut newspaper, expanding its international reach.

On the other hand, a German engineer named George Klein revealed details about experiments conducted between 1941 and 1945, where flying saucer prototypes were built. According to Klein, one of them reached a speed of 1300 miles per hour in just three minutes. The designs included a non-rotating disc and another with a rotating ring. However, after the Soviet occupation of Prague, all traces of these projects were destroyed. Despite official denials, these revelations fueled speculation about advanced technologies during World War II.
