🇺🇸 CIA
In December 1990, the CIA received a supplement titled *Interpuls*, published as part of the magazine *Komsomolskaya Pravda*. This bilingual newspaper, co-edited by the USA and the USSR, aimed to cover cultural, social, and scientific topics, including UFOs. Although it didn't include serious news, the first issue featured articles on cinema, skateboarding, and unidentified flying objects. Several pages also highlighted Soviet business advertisements seeking Western partners.
The newspaper was distributed as a pull-out supplement with an impressive circulation of 21 million copies. Despite its innovative approach, the CIA had no plans to cover this publication. The collaboration between the two Cold War powers in a media context was rare at the time, and *Interpuls* appeared more as a cultural experiment than a traditional news source.
