Summary

In 1972, a CIA report mentioned a Soviet committee established to investigate unexplained phenomena, such as UFOs. A member of the committee gave a serious talk that turned out to be humorous, acknowledging there was no real evidence of flying saucers. During the talk, other attendees joked and clearly did not take the speaker seriously.
