In 1957, Australia recorded several unusual aerial sightings, including a cigar-shaped object 30 feet long with a shiny nose and a blue smoke trail. Witnesses in Eucla, Mundrabilla, and Madura described it as an uncontrolled rocket, with a part detaching and falling to Earth. An observer in Frazer Range heard an explosion and saw a vapor cloud. Authorities investigated and concluded the phenomena were explainable as aircraft activity or atmospheric conditions, though some details remained unresolved. The official report found no suspicious aerial activity in the area, but witnesses insisted the object was neither natural nor conventional.
